About us and why:

Winger Style has chosen to feature our products using a process known as ‘Sublimation’  This process uses the standard CMYK colors as found in many ink jet or advertising style printers or plotters.  Our process can apply any picture to our shirts, tumblers and other specialized manufactured items with a special ink that turns to vapors when heated to high temperatures, much like colors found in most color printers including: Black, Yellow, Red (magenta), and Blue (Cyan) with the exclusion of white ink.

To create a vibrant color popping image that seems to come to life when applied to white shirts and other white based items including tumblers or other clothing.  White acts as the missing but very valuable ink color in most designs. Printing or fusing directly onto polyester clothing or materials made specifically to include a high polyester film or construction allows a long time bond between the sublimation Ink and the shirt, tumbler, or other item. Have you ever noticed that some shirts fade over a period of time? This is because the ink used is sitting on top of the fibers, not adhered to each fiber. While Sublimation cannot say that it won’t fade, historically speaking that sublimation ink applied correctly to proper polyester clothing has a longer than normal life and often is vibrant long after the shirt or item falls apart from normal wear and tear.

Process of sublimation:

White specially crafted high polyester based materials are ideal for use with sublimation such as:
  • – shirts
  • – tie’s
  • – tumblers
  • – bags
  • – socks,
  • – plus much more.

As our sublimation projects come from our dedicated Epson printer, specially converted to sublimation using Hippoo Brand sublimation ink, and printed on to A-Sub Sublimation specialty paper

Items such as Shirts, socks, bags, tie’s, etc. are pressed on our swing-away hot heat press.

Our process includes the use of our swing away hot heat press to activate the sublimation fusion on shirts and apparel.

While the tumblers and mugs are baked in a dedicated oven operating in the same temperature range, baking the image onto the outer side of the drink container.

Other methods available:

While complete sublimation is our preferred method and provides the longest wearability and useability life.

We also use other conventional methods including

  • Heat transfer vinyl
  • Vinyl backed sub-straight
  • Easy-subli product
  • special order patches
  • and others.

Printing these other methods on all colors and fabric types.

Introduction to our family:

My name is Mark Winger, along with my wife and family members, we started Winger Style for a chance to create something more than profits for the ‘big guy’.

Our experience was sparked by a large shirt order for a church group, taking recommendations from the ‘customer service’ our shirts were delivered with the desired graphic.

Dark gray shirts with almost black lettering, couldn’t read our message.  This as we started a week long youth trip with our church.

Fast forward to today and many years of research, we found a long lasting process that could outlast the test of kids, time, and the mighty pocketbook.

We embarked on our journey to create a lasting product to bring long lasting products for most of not every condition or event.  We cater to the single purchase with the same excite and zeal of the large order, because not everybody has the budget of the large order, we made our products affordable.

Our family consists of Grandma and grandpa, mom’s and dad’s, kids, and grandkids.  Each with a special need, a special knack, interests or hobbies.

We created this business to draw a niche for financial security, for a hobby, for something to fall back on, and all it takes is family.
