Material and color:
Our featured shirt is cooling engineered for hot climates that has been known to promotes a cooling sensation.
We can print on almost any material and color, we prefer to use white polyester shirt because of the absence of white ink in the process of sublimation. The use of other backing or print mediums can be used for “other” types of materials.
** not all fabric materials will respond the same. Additionally, not every color will be as bright and vibrant as white polyester does.
Have you ever bought a shirt that you wanted to last for a really long time, only to have the design crack, chip, or fade really fast? That is what we are working to resolve. We have some shirts that have been washed over 100 times, still vibrant as ever.
Yet, if you insist we can create clothing the same as everybody else, just to please our customers.
Try this
A standard print on white paper, showing a color key sample sheet of sample colors, notice many colors are shows.
Ink printed paper is applied to the shirt via heat press application, the ink printed document or image is pressed onto the shirt or clothing used for each desired personalization.
After pressing the printed image onto the black color shirt, we find that the colors of the pre-printed image are not distinguishable as colors they started out to be.
By using a white carrier sheet or backing background, we are able to establish a barrier between the black shirt and the color of the design.
Some might think this is a cheap look, but the close trimmed image to the design allows the color to pop when heat is correctly placed as a barrier. Other ways of getting around this occurrence of ink being swallowed up in the dark dark shirt is to use vinyl as the color instead of ink.
Even though color vinyl does not allow for many of the same detailed images to come alive, this is a viable use of other color options.
